President Joe Marvin called the Executive Council meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

Motion to approve, seconded and passed. Minutes with corrections will be posted on Chapter web site.
Future process: Minutes will be distributed to EC for review and comments/corrections. Final minutes will be distributed along with Agenda for next meeting (normally one week prior to next meeting). E-Vote prior to next meeting. No response will be interpreted as yes vote. Expect this process to reduce meeting time needed to review/approve minutes. As always, comments on this process appreciated!

Chapter Matching Grant Request. JoAnn Henning (2009 TOY) has submitted an Aerospace Education Chapter matching Grant for submission to AFA National. A copy of the Grant was distributed at the meeting. If approved, this Chapter matching grant will be a minimum of $200 Chapter expense. Chapter will proceed with submitting Grant on 18 Mar. Email Sharon Marvin your yes/no vote by 17 Mar. No response will be considered a yes vote.
Planning on extended budget review at APR meeting. Will provide a updated budget/actual look for mid-year review and update.
