ALS EAGLE FLIGHT WINS CHAPTER TEAM SPIRIT AWARD MARCH 25

Airman Leadership School's Eagle Flight won the Team Spirit Award, sponsored by the Frank Luke Chapter AFA.

Thirteen flight members received their award on March 25, 2010, when 54 students in Class 10-4 graduated.

Each of the winning flight members received a Team Spirit coin and a complimentary AFA membership, and the flight's name was inscribed on a plaque, recognizing 25 winners since the award was first presented to Phantom Flight on Sept. 25, 2007.

The award is presented to members of the flight which works best as a team. Selection criteria includes: winners of the Amazing Race, winners of the Drill Down, least number of uniform discrepancies and least number of disciplinary discrepancies.

Members of Eagle Flight include Flight Leader SSgt. Christopher Kaffer; SSgt. Claudia Daniels and Senior Airmen Joey Anderson, Jacorey Burbank, Thomas Carter, Todd Gilbert, Daniel Goings, Jason Hicks, Wade Lamb, Mary Paxton, Stephen Perkins, Angela Roseland, and Joseph Veara.
